Ekaterina Romanova (Екатерина Романова), 22, of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Oblast, Russia has successfully represented her home country in one of the six grand slam international beauty pageants for women. Aside from being a beauty queen, she is also a model and an actor.

Krasa Rossii 2023

On November 15, 2023, Romanova competed against 51 other Krasa Rossii 2023 candidates at Winter Theatre in Sochi, Krasnodar Krai, Russia. It was the 29th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Russia’s Miss Earth candidate.

Romanova won the title. It was her first ever beauty pageant.

Ekaterina Sokolova of Saint Petersburg and Daria Kovaleva of Gelendzhik were the respective first and second runners-up. Elizaveta Kozmovskaya of Arkhangelsk was People’s Choice.

Miss Earth 2024

In August 2024, Romanova stayed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates where she trained for Miss Earth 2024. On October 21, 2024, she traveled from St. Petersburg to Metro Manila, Philippines.

On November 9, 2024, Romanova represented Russia at Miss Earth 2024 at the Okada Manila in Parañaque, Metro Manila and competed against 75 other candidates including Jessica Lane, 21, of Australia, who won the title. Also crowned were Miss Earth-Air 2024 Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir, 20, of Iceland, Miss Earth-Water 2024 Bea Millan-Windorski, 21, of United States and Miss Earth-Fire 2024 Niva Antezana, 20, of Peru. 

Romanova, Jasmine Jorgensen, 19, of Cabo Verde, Tamara Aznar, 25, of the Dominican Republic and Bianca Caraballo, 22, of Puerto Rico were named the four runners-up. They all finished in the Top 8.
