Dr. Yosef Ali won the inaugural edition of Mister Eco International, an international beauty pageant founded by Dr. Amaal Rezk. He is oral surgeon and a dentist from Egypt.
Mister Eco International 2026
The Mister Eco International 2026 coronation ceremony was held at the Cordillera International Convention Hall of Baguio Country Club in Baguio City, Philippines on June 11, 2026. It was hosted by Miss World Asia 2025 Krishnah Gravidez and the reigning Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Bea Millan-Windorski and produced by Jonas Gaffud.
Including Ali, a total of 19 men competed for the crown. Here are the results:

Miss Universe Mariveles 2024 Elle Hollman and Mister Eco International 2027 Godfrey Nikolai Murillo presented the awards. Ali’s Mister Eco International 2026 sash and trophy were handed to him by Murillo and Miss Supranational 2025 third runner-up Tarah Valencia, respectively.
Valencia served as a judge. Joining her in the panel of judges were One Taguig Football Club general manager and co-founder Ace Bright, ABU Philippines co-founder Christian Abulencia, Restaurants of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Baguio vice president Frederico “Freddie” Alquiros, Miss Universe Philippines 2026 runway coach Ian Mendajar and Mister International 2025 fifth runner-up Kanapol Treesongkiat.
Aside from the main titleholder, four continental kings were crowned, as well. Onyele is Mister Eco Africa 2026, Clarete is Mister Eco Europe 2026, Gomes is Mister Eco Latino 2026 and Cortez is Mister Eco Asia 2026.
