Miss Texas Teen USA 2025 results
The Miss Texas Teen USA 2025 coronation ceremony was held at Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel in Houston, Texas on May 4, 2025. It is the 43rd edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects the state’s Miss Teen USA candidate.
Runner-up to Patel was Brycen Allman of San Antonio, Texas. Alanna Sarabia, Josh Robinson, Maggie Laughin, Mariah Clayton and Tori Kruse served as judges.
Including Patel and Allman, a total of 49 girls competed for the crown. Here are the results:

Dallyn Pesek
On June 23, 2024, Dietz represented Tomball at Miss Texas Teen USA 2024 and competed against 53 other candidates at Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel. She was second runner-up to Dallyn Pesek, who represented Houston.
Runner-up to Pesek was Amaris Leon of Southwest Texas. Alexis Maxine Fuetsch of San Antonio was third runner-up and Mallory Lorant of North Texas was fourth runner-up.
On August 1, 2024, Pesek represented Texas at Miss Teen USA 2024 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California, USA. She competed against 50 other candidates including Addie Carver of Mississippi, who won the title.
Runner-up to Carver was Ava Colindres of Georgia and the respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Rachael McLaen of Arizona, Townsend Blackwell of Tennessee and Olivia Travis and West Virginia. Pesek finished in the Top 20.
