Mister World 2024 head-to-head challenge
Daryn Friedman, 25, of Hollywood, Florida, United States has secured his spot in the Top 20 of Mister World 2024. Representing the U.S., he is competing for the title against 60 other candidates.
The coronation ceremony will be held at NovaWorld in Phan Thiết, Bình Thuận, Vietnam on November 23, 2024. The 61 candidates will be whittled down to 20, then to 10 and to five, from which the winners and the runners-up will be selected.
Before the coronation ceremony, the candidates competed in fast-track events, the winners of which will advance to the Top 20. One of the events is the head-to-head challenge.
On November 11, 2024, all of the candidates were given 2 minutes each to talk about their respective advocacies before the judges at the Imperial Hotel in Vũng Tàu, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu, Vietnam. Only 20 of them were selected to participate in the second round on November 12, 2024.
In the second round, the 20 selected candidates delivered speeches about their experience in Vietnam. Here are the results:
