Beatrice “Bea” Millan-Windorski, 20, of Whitefish Bay, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States is of Filipino descent. She is Miss Earth USA 2024.
At a young age, Bea became interested in environmental advocacy while visiting her family in the Philippines. Her maternal grandmother Marcela Buenavista Millan is a resident of San Juan, San Fernando, La Union, Philippines.
Bea is a senior student of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in history and international relations.
In May 2023, Bea was crowned Miss Wisconsin Earth 2024. On December 31, 2023, she represented Wisconsin at Miss Earth USA 2024, competed against 52 other candidates at the Rosen Centre in Orlando, Florida, USA and won the title.
In December 2024, Bea will represent the U.S. at Miss Earth 2024 in Vietnam. The exact date and venue of the coronation ceremony have yet to be announced.
Currently, the U.S. has 15 Miss Earth placements including the coronation of Lindsey Coffey in 2020. The most recent one was Danielle Mullins‘ Top 20 finish at Miss Earth 2023 at Vạn Phúc City in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on December 22, 2023.
Mullins was crowned Miss Earth USA 2023 at the Linda Chapin Theater of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando on January 7, 2023. She represented Kentucky, USA.
