Uruguay will be represented at Miss Grand International 2026 by Francie Millan, 24. It is the 14th edition of the international beauty pageant based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Millan was born in the United States to Uruguayan parents Octavio Millan and Ibe Millan, who are both from Paysandu, Uruguay. Originally from Houston, Texas, USA, Francie moved to San Antonio, Texas then to New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.
Miss Grand USA 2026
On August 12, 2022, Francie was crowned Miss Grand San Antonio 2022. On November 19, 2022, she represented San Antonio at Miss Grand Texas 2023 and won the title.
On August 17, 2023, Francie represented Texas at Miss Grand USA 2023 and competed against 23 other candidates at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel and Conference Center in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She was third runner-up to Sthephanie Miranda.
On July 11, 2026, Francie was officially introduced as Miss Grand Louisiana 2026. On July 29, 2026, she turned 24.
On August 10, 2026, Francie represented Louisiana at Miss Grand USA 2026 and competed against 28 other candidates at the WOW Theater of the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was second runner-up to Mekyla Li Bedwell and was appointed Miss Grand Uruguay 2026.
Runner-up to Bedwell was Victoria Oluwakotanmi of Indiana. The third runner-up was Shelbi Byrnes of Nevada, who was also selected to represent the U.S. in the second edition of MGI All Stars.
Miss Grand International 2026
On October 18, 2025, Ivana Garcia represented the U.S. at Miss Grand International 2025 at the MGI Hall in Bangkok and finished in the Top 23. She competed against 76 other candidates including Emma Mary Tiglao of the Philippines, who won the title.
Runner-up to Tiglao was Sarunrat Puagpipat of Thailand. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Aitana Jimenez of Spain, Faith Maria Porter of Ghana and Nariman Battikha of Venezuela.
On October 10, 2026, Tiglao will crown her successor in India. The exact venue of the coronation ceremony has yet to be announced.
