Faron Medhi of Nebraska, United States won the 40th edition of Miss Teen USA. She is the first beauty queen from her state to win the competition, which has been held annually since 1983.
Hosted by Elle Smith and Christian Murphy, the Miss Teen USA 2022 coronation ceremony was held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA on October 1, 2022. The judges were Allan Aponte, Kaleigh Garris, Bob Hartnagel, Anita Krpata, Tanya Memme and Keylee Sanders Helmich were the judges.
