Miriam Xorlasi Tordzeagbo of Volta won the 65th edition of Miss Ghana. This makes her Ghana’s candidate for the 71st edition of Miss World.

Hosted by Emmanuel E. Smith, Ato Turkson and Precious Bonsu, the Miss Ghana 2022 coronation ceremony was held at The Avenue Event Center of the Unique Floral Centre in Accra, Ghana on August 14, 2022. The show featured a performance by Freddy Gadrie.
