Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir, 18, from Reykjavik, won Ungfrú Ísland 2022 on August 24. The pageant selects Iceland’s Miss Universe and Miss Supranational contestants. Ísabella Þorvaldsdóttir was the first runner-up, becoming Miss Iceland Supranational 2023. A total of 16 women competed, with notable placements announced.

Jorlan Morisset, a 20-year-old from Capesterre-Belle-Eau, won Mister Guadeloupe 2022 on August 13. The event featured 14 competitors and highlighted performances by local artists. Morisset, who stands 6’4″ and is passionate about sports, will represent Guadeloupe in Mister France 2023 on March 4. Awards were also given to other candidates.
