Halle Bailey, Rege-Jean Page grace ‘You, Me & Tuscany’ red carpet in New York City

You, Me & Tuscany” is a romantic comedy film starring Halle Bailey and Regé-Jean Page. On April 8, 2026, the film premiered in France.

On the same day, Bailey and Page were on the red carpet for the premiere of the film at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City, New York, United States. Their co-stars Aziza Scott, Lorenzo de Moor and Marco Calvani.

You, Me & Tuscany

On April 10, 2026, Universal Pictures will release “You, Me & Tuscany” in the U.S. Danny Ruhlmann is the cinematographer of the film, which was edited by Troy Takaki featuring John Debney‘s music.

In the film, Bailey plays Anna, a woman who gives up her dreams of becoming a chef. After losing her house-sitting job and her housing at the same time, she meets de Moor’s character Matteo, an Italian man who owns a villa sitting empty in Tuscany, Italy.

Anna goes to Italy against the advice of her best friend Claire, played by Scott, and crashes at Matteo’s villa without his permission. One night, his mother Gabriella, played by Isabella Ferrari, unexpectedly shows up at the house.

Anna convinces Gabriella that she is Matteo’s fiancée. Page plays his cousin Michael, who also show up at the house.

Written by Ryan Engle, the film was directed by Kat Coiro. Also in the cast are Nia Vardalos as Mrs. Dunn and Emanuele Pacca as Giuseppe.

Halle Bailey

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, USA and raised in Mableton, Georgia, Bailey turned 26 on March 27, 2026. Her sister Chloe Bailey turned 27 on July 1, 2025.

As a duo, Halle and Chloe are known as Chloe x Halle. Their debut extended play “Sugar Symphony” was released by Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records on April 29, 2016.

Halle played Ariel in “The Little Mermaid” and young Nettie Harris in “The Color Purple”. Both films were released in 2023.

Regé-Jean Page

Page was born in Mbare, Harare, Zimbabwe to an English father and a Zimbabwean nurse. After attending Goromonzi Committee Primary School in Goromonzi, Zimbabwe, Page moved to London, England, United Kingdom.

Aside from acting, Page was once in a band with his brother Tose Page. In 2001, Regé-Jean played Tanaka in the television series “Gimme 6”, which was his first acting role.

Regé-Jean played Leonard Knox in “For the People” from 2018 to 2019 and Simon Basset, Duke of Hastings in “Bridgerton” in 2020. He played Col. James Stokes in the 2025 film “Black Bag”.
