Liam Thibault, 18, is the representative of Canada in the 17th edition of Mister International. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, the international beauty pageant was founded by Alan Sim, who passed away on October 12, 2022.

Liam Thibault

Thibault was born in York, Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Jason Thibault and Jennifer Thibault. Jason and Jennifer have another son named Logan Thibault.

Liam, who is 6’0″ tall, is a lifeguard and a swim instructor. He is an Ontario Scholar, which means he graduated high school in Ontario with an average of 80% or greater in his six best Grade 12 courses.

In August 2018, Liam and 63 other divers participated in the 2018 Ontario Summer Games in London, Ontario. His background includes baseball, competitive diving, swimming, gymnastics, hockey and soccer.

Before becoming a beauty king, Liam underwent training in modeling, acting, lifesaving and leadership. On June 22, 2022, he received the Most Outstanding Silver Star Cadet Award from the Royal Canadian Army Cadets.

Mister International 2025

On August 9, 2025, Liam was crowned Mister International Canada 2025. He won the title after competing against five other finalists namely Asim Syed of Brantford, Evan McCutcheon of Bowmanville, Kavin of Toronto, Malik Scott of Toronto and Ritanshu Sharma of Montreal.

On September 26, 2025, Liam will represent Canada at Mister International 2025 in Bangkok. He will compete against 41 other candidates including Josué Portillo, 25, El Salvador, Madhuram Daga, 20, India, Gabriele Manna, 19, Italy, Sukiphon Vongsack, 19, of Laos, Willy Inurreta, 21, Mexico, Siddhartha Tamang, 19, of Nepal, Bethel Mbamara, 24, of Nigeria, Eray Eroglulari, 24, of North Cyprus, Christian Losana, 25, of Spain and Ian Vonhagt, 25, of Sri Lanka.

Mister International 2023 Kim Goodburn and Miss Universe Philippines 2025 Ahtisa Manalo will host the coronation ceremony with Anusith Sangnimnuan. The show will feature a performance by Pattreeya Payom.
