Messaiaen is the first Man of the World from Spain. He was crowned by Sergio Azuaga of Venezuela.
On July 26, 2024, Azuaga was crowned Man of the World 2024 at the Winford Resort and Casino in Manila, Metro Manila. He competed against 22 other candidates.

Hosted by Roanna Ruiz and Ryan Tercero, the Man of the World 2025 coronation ceremony was held at the SM Skydome in Quezon City, Metro Manila on May 31, 2025. It is the seventh edition of the international beauty pageant for men.
Edwin Uy, Ivannovich Dmitri Tan Agote, Jamila Paz, Jojo Bragais, Joel Cruz, Jhune Ernest Ogoy, Jules Jadulan, Leo Ortiz, Micah Sy, Rogelio Tuazon and RS Francisco served as judges. The show featured performances by the Filipino boy group BILIB.
Including Messiaen, a total of 27 men competed for the crown. Here are the results:
