Also known as Annie Chen, Chen Hsin-hui is a beauty queen from Taipei, Taiwan. She is set to represent the country in an international beauty pageant again.
Miss Taiwan 2025
On August 2, 2025, Chen competed against seven other Miss Taiwan 2025 candidates at the Taipei Hero House in Zhongzheng District, Taipei. Here are the results:
- Miss Taiwan 2025: Huang Yun-fei
- 1st runner-up: Chen Hsin Hiu
- 2nd runner-up: Cho Ying-chia
- 3rd runner-up: Chou Hao-yueh
- 4th runner-up: Pai Meng-hsien
- 5th runner-up: Luo Lan, Su Meng-heng, Li You-jin
Several awards were given. The winners were:
- Miss Congeniality: Luo Lan
- Miss Photogenic: Huang Yun-fei
- Best in Evening Gown: Huang Yun-fei
- Best Speech: Chen Hsin-hui
- Best Poise: Huang Yun-fei
- Best Spirit: Li You-jin
- Best Vitality: Su Meng-heng
Miss Asia Pacific International 2025
On October 8, 2025, Chen represented Taiwan at Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 at the Cebu Coliseum in Cebu City, Philippines. She competed against 42 other candidates including Isabela Fernandes of Brazil, who won the title.
Runner-up to Fernandes was Anita Rose Gomez of the Philippines. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Bawonrat Maneerat of Thailand, Jana Janssens of Belgium and Elmira Wildboer of the Netherlands.
Chen, Chi Kwan Lau of Hong Kong, China and Alicia Mui of Macau, China finished in the Top 30. Representing the country, Yi Hong Ren was unplaced.
Miss International 2025
Taiwan was represented at Miss International 2025 at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan on November 27, 2025 by Yihan Chiu. She competed against 78 other candidates including Catalina Duque of Colombia , who won the title.
Four continental queens were also crowned. They were Miss International Africa 2025 Yollanda Chimbarami of Zimbabwe, Miss International Americas 2025 Farrah Grant of Turks and Caicos Islands, Miss International Asia Pacific 2025 Katrina Wan of Macau and Miss International Europe 2025 Sophie Wallace of the United Kingdom.
Chimbarami was also the first runner-up while Paola Guzman of Bolivia, Melliza Xaviera of Indonesia and Myrna Esguerra of the Philippines were the second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively. Chiu was unplaced.
Miss International 2026
On June 15, 2026, it was announced that in the 64th edition of Miss International, no continental queens will be selected and the swimsuit competition will be replaced by a sportswear segment. On July 1, 2026, Chen was appointed Miss International Taiwan 2026.
On September 29, 2026, Duque will turn 27. On November 25, 2026, she will crown her successor at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Bunkyo, Tokyo.
