Chandini Baljor of Georgetown, Guyana is an entrepreneur who owns a baking business. She is simultaneously attending Texila American University and the University of Guyana, which are both in Georgetown.
Baljor advocates for general healthcare, mental health, youth empowerment and animal welfare. She founded a sustainable thrifting initiative that promotes eco-conscious fashion and mindful consumerism.
In 2017, Baljor became a published poet. In 2021, she was an intern at Consult PR in Georgetown and in 2022, she was an employee of Old Fort Tours in Georgetown.
Miss Teen Charm International 2022
From May 2022 to October 2022, Baljor was a customer service representative at Old Fort Tours in Georgetown. On October 8, 2022, she was appointed Miss Teen Charm Guyana 2022.
On October 22, 2022, Baljor represented Guyana at Miss Teen Charm International 2022 and competed against 20 other candidates at the Centro de Convenciones Cartagena de Indias in Cartagena, Bolivar, Colombia. The title was won by Sandra Luiza of Brazil.
Runner-up to Luiza was Lissbeth Segovia of El Salvador. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were of Galilea Correa Mexico, Yeilany Sierra Vásquez of Puerto Rico and Solange Carter of the Bahamas.
Miss Universe 2025
On September 2, 2023, Baljor represented Essequibo Islands-West Demerara at Miss Universe Guyana 2023 and competed against seven other candidates at the Guyana Marriott Hotel in Georgetown. She was second runner-up to Lisa Narine.
On August 24, 2025, Baljor represented Georgetown at Miss Universe Guyana 2025 and competed against seven other candidates at the Guyana Marriott Hotel in Georgetown. She won the title.
On November 21, 2025, Baljor will represent Guyana at Miss Universe 2025 at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand. She will compete against more than 120 other candidates including Maliqué Maranda Bowe, 24, of the Bahamas, Maria Gabriela Lacerda, 22, of Brazil and Zashely Alicea, 25, of Puerto Rico.
