Naisae Yona will represent Tanzania at Miss Universe 2025 at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand on November 21, 2025. She will compete against more than 120 other candidates including Déborah Djema, 26, of Democratic Republic of the Congo, Tiguidanké Bérété, 23, of Guinea and Johanna Swartbooi, 28, of Namibia.
As an entrepreneur, Yona advocates for empowerment through entrepreneurship promoting self-reliance and sustainable income-generating skills for young women and marginalized communities. She owns Forever Frames, a one-stop shop for frames and mirrors, NEY HAIR, a luxury wig store in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Bladed & Shaded, which offers microblading, ombre browns and powder brows in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
Miss Universe Tanzania 2025 results
Miss Universe Tanzania 2025 was crowned at The Super Dome TZ Masaki in Dar es Salaam. It is the 14th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the country’s Miss Universe candidate.
Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi hosted the coronation ceremony with Rose Manfere. The judges were Hannah Karema, Jokate Mwegelo, MC Gara B, Millen Magese, Nancy Sumari, Sophia Byanaku and Suzett McKenzie.
Including Yona, a total of 35 women competed for the Miss Universe Thailand 2025 title. Here are the results:
