Amanda Niemi, 24, is a biomedical laboratory scientist, an entrepreneur and a model from Helsinki, Finland. As a zero waste fashion advocate, she designs clothing from recycled materials for every waist, celebrating individuality and redefining beauty for all.

Niemi speaks Finnish and English and she enjoys pole dancing. She started modeling professionally in 2023.

Miss Tampere 2023

On August 12, 2023, Niemi competed against nine other Miss Tampere 2023 finalists at Ravintola Periscope in Tampere, Finland. She did not make it to the Top 3.

The title was won by Wilma Simi. The first and second runners-up were Vera Arianna Eloranta and Petra Treskine, respectively.

Eloranta was also crowned Miss Intercontinental Finland 2023. Treskine won the People’s Choice award.

On December 16, 2023, Niemi competed against nine other Miss Face 2023 candidates in Tampere and won the title. On November 30, 2024, she crowned her successor Miss Face 2024 Anna-Margareetta Orsmaa at the Nokia Arena in Tampere.

Miss Earth 2025

On May 16, 2025, Niemi competed against 13 other Miss Supranational Finland 2025 candidates at the Balderin Sali in Helsinki. The title was won by Venla Laois.

On August 1, 2025, Niemi was officially appointed Miss Earth Finland 2025. After her coronation, she stated, “When dreams align with purpose, something truly magical happens. I’m beyond grateful, full of excitement and ready to embrace the future with dedication and heart.”

Niemi will represent Finland at Miss Earth 2025. She will compete against more than 70 other candidates including Kristina Milovanović of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saran Kimlan of Cambodia, Sandra Wallet of France, Khin Khin Hlaing of Myanmar, Ilse Castellanos of Nicaragua and Tilde Lööw of Sweden.

The date and venue of the Miss Earth 2025 coronation ceremony have yet to be announced. This marks the 25th edition of the international beauty pageant that advocates for environmental awareness, conservation and social responsibility.
