Dr. Rica Shenell Clements of York, Pennsylvania, United States is an alumna of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, USA and Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA. In 2022, she became an employee of Towson University in Towson, Maryland, USA.
On August 6, 2025, Clements will turn 29. She will represent Pennsylvania in the 74th edition of Miss USA.
The date and venue of the Miss USA 2025 coronation ceremony have yet to be announced. Among Clements’ fellow candidates are Tetra Shaylice Shockley, 44, of Delaware, Ivy Harrington, 31, of New Jersey, Hannah Klein, 33, Ohio and Erin Wellman, 28, of West Virginia.
Miss Pennsylvania USA 2025 results
On June 29, 2024, Noni Diarra of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania competed against 43 other Miss Pennsylvania USA 2024 candidates at Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She won the title.
On August 2, 2025, Diarra went back to Richland Performing Arts Center where she crowned her successor. It is the 74th edition of the beauty pageant that selects Pennsylvania’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
