Andrea Hernandez, Gary Cast llegan, Gustavo Vallecillo and Poleth Rios hosted the Miss Universe Honduras 2025 coronation ceremony at the Club Hondureño Árabe in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Canal 11 aired the show, which featured a performance by Catracho Boyz.
Alejandra Diek, Alex Travel, Carlos Cerrato, Junior Zelaya, Kalene Pineda de Padilla, Norma Pineda, Rebeca Rodriguez and René Savoff served as judges. Among the special guests were Alexa Aragón, Cecilia Rossell, Keilin Gómez, María José Unda Contreras, Vanessa Villar and Victoria Theilvig.

On August 22, 2024, Cam represented San Pedro Sula at Miss Honduras Universe 2024 at the Centro de Convenciones Copantl in San Pedro Sula. She competed against 17 other candidates and won the title.
On November 16, 2024, Cam represented Honduras at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She was unplaced.
On November 21, 2025, Fuentes will represent Honduras at Miss Universe 2025 at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand. She will compete against 128 other candidates.
