Miss International Queen Philippines 2025 Anne Patricia Lorenzo crowned in Pasay

Anne Patricia Lorenzo Diaz of Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines will represent the country in the 19th edition of Miss International Queen in Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand. She was runner-up to Miss Equality World 2023 Sofia Colmenarez of Venezuela.

On July 9, 2025, Jervi Li Wrightson and Sean Kyle Ortega hosted the Miss International Queen Philippines 2025 coronation ceremony at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila. The event was graced by reigning Miss International Queen 2024 Catalina Marsano of Peru.

Marsano, Miss International Queen 2022 Fuschia Anne Ravena and Miss Grand International 2020 first runner-up Samantha Bernardo served as judges. They were joined by Bryan Malicdem Ponce, Dr. Librado Toledo Jr., Gap Panitipad, Gary Dujali, Jojo Bragais, Juman Paa, Ralph Figueroa de las Alas, Siripin “Aom” Kamol, Teejay Marquez and Viandrei Nicole Cuevas.

Including Lorenzo, a total of 43 trans women competed for the Miss International Queen Philippines 2025 crown. Here are the results:
