Miss Delaware USA 2025 Tetra Shaylice Shockley, 44, of Camden, Delaware, United States is a family lawyer. She and her husband Jerome Shockley have a daughter named Tierra Shockley and a son named Jaden Shockley, who were born in 2007 and 2011, respectively.

On June 29, 2025, the Miss Delaware USA 2025 coronation ceremony was held at the Laird Performing Arts Center in Wilmington, Delaware. It is the 74th edition of the beauty pageant that selects the state’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
Currently, Delaware has one Miss USA placement. On July 12, 2015, Renee Bull represented the state at Miss USA 2015, competed against 50 other candidates at the Baton Rouge River Center Arena in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA and finished in the Top 11.

Tetra graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, Delaware. She earned an associate’s degree in business management and marketing from the Delaware Technical and Community College in Georgetown, Delaware, a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Delaware State University in Dover, Delaware, master’s degree in business administration from Wesley College in Dover and a law degree from the Widener University Schools of Law in Wilmington.
On October 27, 2024, Tetra turned 44. On October 12, 2025, she will represent Delaware at Miss USA 2025 and compete against 50 other candidates.
This makes Tetra the second woman older than 40 to compete in Miss USA. The first one is Arizona’s Kristina Johnson, who competed at Miss USA 2024 at age 41.
