Wanding “Evangeline” Luo (罗婉丁), 24, will represent Hong Kong, China in the 16th edition of Miss Supranational. She is a singer and a songwriter based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Luo has been competing in beauty pageants since she was a teenager. While reigning as Miss Teenage Vancouver 2016, she met Justin Trudeau, the prime minister of Canada from November 4, 2015 to March 14, 2025.

Miss Universe Canada 2020

Luo was one of the 40 women who competed for the Miss Universe Canada 2020 title at the John Bassett Theatre of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on October 24, 2020. The title was won by Nova Stevens, who was born in Kenya to South Sudanese parents.

Runner-up to Stevens was Tamara Jemuovic, who is of Serbian descent. Luo was unplaced but she won the Star Quality Award.

The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Jaime VandenBerg, Svetlana Mamaeva and Sam Fraughton. Mamaeva was born and raised in Moldova.

Miss Supranational 2025

On January 5, 2025, Luo won Miss Chinese World 2024. On June 5, 2025, she was crowned Miss Supranational Hong Kong 2025.

On June 27, 2025, Luo will represent Hong Kong at Miss Supranational 2025 in Nowy Sacz, Malopolska, Poland. She will compete for the title against against 72 other candidates including Aslihan Morali, 27, of Canada and Kasandra Zawal, 28, of Poland.

Macau, China will be represented by Feng-Wei Zou, 33.
