Kenneth Vincent A. Cabungcal, 25, of Taclobo, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines is set to represent his country again in an international beauty pageant. Aside from being a beauty king, he is also a model with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Cabungcal is an alumnus of Silliman University in Dumaguete City. In 2023, he became a B&B Models CEBU model in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines.

On April 30, 2023, Cabungcal represented Dumaguete City at Mister Island Tourism Philippines 2023 and competed against 19 other candidates at the Golden Peak Hotel and Suites in Cebu City. He was fourth runner-up to William Paul Zenz of Talisay, Cebu.

Man of the World 2024

On September 17, 2023, Cabungcal represented Negros Oriental at Misters of Filipinas 2023 and competed against 34 other candidates at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Makati City, Metro Manila. He ranked first and was crowned Man of the World Philippines 2023.

On July 26, 2024, Cabungcal represented the Philippines at Man of the World 2024 and competed against 22 other candidates at the Winford Resort and Casino in Santa Cruz, Manila. He was runner-up to Sergio Azuaga of Venezuela.

On October 10, 2024, Cabungcal crowned his successor Man of the World Philippines 2024 Raed Alzghayer of Cebu at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City, Metro Manila. On May 31, 2025, the latter will represent the Philippines at Man of the World 2025.

Mister Supranational 2025

On December 5, 2024, Cabungcal served as a judge at Mister Pampanga 2024 at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines. It was won by Raven Lansangan.

On April 28, 2025, Cabungcal represented Dumaguete City at Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2025 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City, Metro Manila. He competed against 25 other candidates including Lansangan, who represented Pampanga.

Lansangan ranked fourth and was crowned Manhunt Philippines Male Supermodel 2025. Cabungcal ranked third and was crowned Mister Supranational Philippines 2025.

On June 28, 2025, Cabungcal will represent the Philippines at Mister Supranational 2025. He will compete against 40 other candidates in Malopolska, Poland including Adam Wyszyński, 32, of Poland and Víctor Battista, 29, of Venezuela.
