Issha Rose Mata of Hilo, Hawaii, United States was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2025 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii on March 22, 2025. It is the 70th edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Hawaii’s Miss USA candidate.

Mata is a former resident of Torrance, California, USA. She attended Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu, Hawaii, California State University, Chico in Chico, California and the University of Hawaii at Hilo in Hilo.
Before winning Miss Hawaii USA 2025, Mata competed in several beauty pageants. She was a semifinalist at Miss California USA 2022, Miss California USA 2023 and Miss Filipina International 2023 and a finalist at The Miss Philippines 2023.
Miss Hawaii USA 2025
Brigette Namata and Justin Cruz hosted the Miss Hawaii USA 2025 coronation ceremony. The judges were Brent Anbe, Ka’enaaloha Watson, Kaipo Dudoit, Shawnae Jebbia and Miss Hawaii Teen USA 1991 and Miss Hawaii USA 1999 Trini Kaopuiki Clark.
Hawaii currently has 26 Miss USA placements including the coronations of Macel Wilson in 1962, Tanya Wilson in 1972, Judi Andersen in 1978 and Brook Lee in 1997. The most recent one was in 2024 when Breea Yamat finished in the Top 10.
A total of 17 women competed for the Miss Hawaii USA 2025 title. Here are the results:
