Niva Antezana, 20, of Lima, Peru has been modeling professionally since she was a teenager. She is currently in the Philippines where she earned her first international beauty pageant title.

Miss Grand Peru 2024

On July 24, 2024, Antezana turned 20. On August 14, 2024, she, her fellow Miss Grand Peru 2024 candidates and Miss Grand International 2023 Luciana Fuster visited Arequipa, Peru.

On September 21, 2024, Antezana represented Lima at Miss Grand Peru 2024 at the La Plaza Central de Punchana in Punchana, Maynas, Peru. She competed against 17 other candidates including Arlette Rujel of Callao, who won the title.

Antezana was runner-up to Rujel. The respective second and third runners-up were Alexandra Parcón of Lima Centro and Andrea Torres of Loreto.

On October 25, 2024, Rujel represented Peru at Miss Grand International 2024 and competed against 67 other candidates at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. She finished in the Top 10, making her one of the five fifth runners-up.

Miss Earth 2024

On October 4, 2024, Antezana was officially appointed Miss Earth Peru 2024. On October 20, 2024, she traveled from Lima to Metro Manila, Philippines.

On November 9, 2024, Antezana represented Peru at Miss Earth 2024 at the Okada Manila in Parañaque, Metro Manila. She competed against 75 other candidates including Jessica Lane, 21, of Australia, who won the title.

Also crowned were Miss Earth-Air 2024 Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir, 20, of Iceland and Miss Earth-Water 2024 Beatrice Rebecca “Bea” Millan Windorski, 21, of the United States. Antezana ranked fourth and was crowned Miss Earth-Fire 2024.

Prior to the coronation ceremony, Antezana was chosen as one of the three Vonwelt Nature Farm ambassadresses. She was also one of the four gold winners of the Upcycling Fashion Show.
