Bea Millan Windorski’s stardom from Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen 2021 to Miss Earth 2024

Beatrice Rebecca “Bea” Millan Windorski, 21, of Whitefish Bay, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States is an American beauty queen of Filipino descent. Her maternal grandmother Marcela Buenavista Millan lives in San Juan, San Fernando, La Union, Philippines.

In February 2020, Windorski was crowned Miss Milwaukee Area Outstanding Teen 2020. On July 30, 2020, she graduated from Whitefish Bay High School in Whitefish Bay.

On June 18, 2021, Windorski represented the Milwaukee Area at Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen 2021 and competed against 17 other candidates at the Alberta Kimball Auditorium in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She was unplaced.

Eve Vanden Heuvel of Green Bay Area won the title. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Paige Nikodem of Oshkosh, Willow Newell of Great Lakes, Kiana Schraufnagel of Wisconsin Central and Lauren Bean of Fond du Lac.

In May 2023, Windorski graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin with bachelor’s degrees in history and international relations. In the same month, she was crowned Miss Wisconsin Earth 2023.

On December 31, 2023, Windorski represented Wisconsin at Miss Earth USA 2024 and competed against 52 other candidates at the Rosen Centre in Orlando, Florida, USA. She won the title.

Runner-up to Windoski was Sofia Terrazas of Texas, who was crowned Miss Air USA 2024. Also crowned were Miss Water USA 2024 Sydney Hella of Colorado, Miss Fire USA 2024 Jireh Gerry of California and Miss Eco USA 2024 Jada Kelly of Mississippi.

On November 9, 2024, Windorski represented the U.S. at Miss Earth 2024 and competed against 75 other candidates at the Okada Manila in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. Jessica Lane, 21, of Australia won the title.

Also crowned were Miss Earth-Air 2024 Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir, 20, of Iceland and Miss Earth-Fire 2024 Niva Antezana, 20, of Peru. Windorsk finished third and was crowned Miss Earth-Water 2024.

This marks the U.S.’s 16th Miss Earth placement. Among the high placements were earned by Miss Earth 2020 Lindsay Coffey, Miss Earth-Air 2014 Andrea Neru, Miss Earth-Air 2019 Emanii Davis, Miss Earth-Air 2021 Marisa Butler, Miss Earth-Water 2015 Brittany Ann Payne and Miss Earth-Fire 2016 Corrin Stellakis.
