Eleanora Kachalovskaya (Элеоноре Качаловской), 24, of Minsk, Belarus will represent Belarus at Miss Universe 2024. She is a professional model who currently works as the manager of the modeling agency of the National School of Beauty in Minsk.

Kachalovskaya is 5’10” tall. She is a regular runway model at the Belarusian Fashion Week.

Modeling allows Kachalovskaya to travel to different countries. She visited Bulgaria in 2014, Italy in 2015, Russia in 2016, Ukraine in 2017 and 2018, France, Germany and Lithuania in 2019 and Turkey in 2022.

From Miss Belarus 2023 to Miss Universe 2024

On September 8, 2023, Kachalovskaya competed against 23 other Miss Belarus 2023 candidates at the Minsk Sports Palace in Minsk. After winning the title, she thanked Belarus’s incumbent president Aleksandr Lukashenko, who attended the coronation ceremony. 

Runner-up to Kachalovskaya was Ksenia Vlasyuk,19, of Brest. The second runner-up was Milana Yakimovich, 18, of Grodno.

On November 22, 2023, Kachalovskaya represented Belarus at Miss Europe Continental 2023 in Naples, Italy. She was the first runner-up.

On August 20, 2024, Kachalovskaya turned 24. On October 18, 2024, she was crowned Miss Universe Belarus 2024.

Representing Belarus, Kachalovskaya will compete against 129 other Miss Universe 2024 candidates. It is the 73rd edition of the international beauty pageant currently owned by JKN Global Group and Legacy Holding Group.

Mario Lopez will host the coronation night at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico on November 16, 2024. Emilio Estefan and Lele Pons will join the selection committee.

Belarus is not the only country making its Miss Universe debut. Also represented for the first time are Eritrea, Guinea, Iran, Macau, the Maldives, Mali, Moldova, North Macedonia, Somalia, Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates.
