Fernando Ezequiel Padin Rodriguez, 28, of Isabela, Puerto Rico, United States is a model with a bachelor’s degree in nursing with a minor in psychology. He represented Puerto Rico in Mr. Real Universe, Mister Grand International and Man of the World.

Born and raised in Isabela, Padin has four siblings and he is fluent in English and Spanish. Before representing Puerto Rico in international beauty pageants, he won Mister Puerto Rico Petite n Tall 2016.

Mr. Real Universe 2016

The Mr. Real Universe 2016 coronation ceremony was supposed to be held in Miami, Florida, USA in October 2016. However, it was cancelled due to Hurricane Matthew.

On March 5, 2017, the ceremony took place in Lima, Pero with 11 candidates. It was Juan Pablo Dinho of Uruguay who won the title.

Runner-up to Dinho was Avery D. Wilson of the U.S. Padin was the second runner-up while Santiago Bongiovanni of Argentina and Andrés Bechan of Chile were the respective third and fourth runners-up.

Mister Grand International 2021

On December 4, 2021, Padin represented Puerto Rico at Mister Grand International 2021. He and 31 other candidates competed for the title in Panama City, Panama.

Despite not winning any of the special awards, Padin emerged as the ultimate winner. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Suveer Ramsook of Trinidad and Tobago, Cayman Cardiff of the U.S., Cedric Cabane of France and Jacob Ondrus of Canada.

Michael Ver Comaling of the Philippines won four of the 10 special awards. He finished in the Top 10.

On November 25, 2022, Padin went to Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago to crown his successor Mister Grand International 2022 Michael Pelletier of Switzerland. Runner-up to Pelletier was Kristzan de los Santos of the Philippines and the respective second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up were Aaron Tan of Singapore, Aquil Ramsahai of Trinidad and Tobago, Vu Linh of Vietnam and Teaniva Dinard of Tahiti.

Man of the World 2024

On July 26, 2024, Padin represented Puerto Rico at Man of the World 2024 at the Winford Resort and Casino in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was the sixth edition of the international beauty pageant for men based in San Juan, Metro Manila.

Including Padin, a total of 23 men competed for the title, which was won by Sergio Azuaga of Venezuela. Runner-up to Azuaga was Kenneth Cabungcal of the Philippines.

Gwen Jegouzo of France was second runner-up while Padin was the third runner-up and Sebastian Mora of Ecuador was the fourth runner-up. Padin also won the Best in Beachwear award.
