University of Lexington alum Connor Perry is Miss Kentucky USA 2024

Connor Perry, 23, of Lexington, Kentucky, United States is Kentucky’s Miss USA 2024 representative. She is a dancer, a model and an actor who attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

For several years, Perry has been an actor and a model. She was featured in Super Bowl and Ale8 commercials.

Currently, Perry works as a dance educator for young artists and a professional dancer touring and performing with Movement Continuum. She plans to pursue a career as an anesthesiology assistant.

From 2015 to 2019, Perry went to the School for the Creative and Performing Arts (SCAPA) of Lafayette High School in Lexington. From 2019 to 2013, she attended the University of Kentucky where she earned her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience.

On May 19, 2024, Perry competed against 26 other Miss Kentucky USA 2024 candidates at the Center for Rural Development in Somerset, Kentucky. As Miss Heart of Lexington, she won the title.

Runner-up to Perry was Keeneland’s Julia Long. The respective second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up were Tri County’s Hannah Harrison, Capital City’s Caelin Taylor, North Central Kentucky’s Veronica Chisholm and Woodford County’s Tania Sigler-Orihuela.

On August 4, 2024, Perry will represent Kentucky at Miss USA 2024. She will compete against 50 other candidates at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Miss USA 2022 Morgan Romano will host the coronation ceremony with Garcelle Beauvais, Keltie Knight and Patrick Starr. The winner will represent the U.S. at Miss Universe 2024 at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico on November 16, 2024.

Miss USA 2024 will be crowned by Hawaii’s Savannah Gankiewicz, who was originally runner-up to Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt of Utah. Gankiewicz assumed the title after Voigt’s resignation.
