On June 11, 2023, Morgan Schwindt of Fargo was crowned Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2023 at the Watertown Events Center in Watertown, South Dakota, USA. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Allie Goodall of Dickinson, Olivia Redding of Burlington, Devyn Bechel of Minot and Bella Ulrich of Grand Forks.
