Cheovy Walter of San Pascual, Batangas was crowned Mister Grand Philippines 2023 at The Manila Hotel in Ermita, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines on November 12, 2023. It is the inaugural edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Philippines’ Mister Grand International candidate.
Aside from Mister Grand Philippines 2023, eight more titles were given. There were two runners-up, as well.
Including Walter, 39 men competed for the nine titles at stake. Here are the results:
