Briggitte Corrales, 26, of Lima, Peru was unplaced when she represented Peru at Miss Earth 2021. On August 14, 2022, she crowned her successor Miss Earth Peru 2022 Nancy Salazar, 23, of Piura, Peru at the DataVision in Santa Beatriz, Lima.

The Miss Earth Peru 2022 coronation ceremony was broadcast live on DigitalTV Noticias. It was the 18th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Peru’s Miss Earth candidate.

Including Salazar, a total of 11 women competed for the Miss Earth Peru 2022 title. Here are the results:
