McKenzie Cole, 15, of Vicksburg, Mississippi, United States won the 40th edition of Miss Mississippi Teen USA. She will represent the state in the 40th edition of Miss Teen USA.
The Miss Mississippi Teen USA 2021 coronation ceremony was held at the Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Mississippi on April 2, 2022. Runner-up to Cole was Lamar County’s Avery Hudson.
